Clay W. Caron, CLTC

Clay is a native of Bethel, CT and a graduate of Sacred Heart University's Jack Welch College of Business in May, 2012. Immediately after finishing school, he received his Life/Health license from the State of CT, as well as completing his Certification for Long-Term Care insurance, earning his CLTC designation. Clay is recognized as a "Frontrunner" by a national carrier for his experience selling Medicare Advantage plans, as well achieving "Silver" broker status with another national carrier. In 2015 Clay was awarded the "Best of Bethel's" award for Chamber Member of the Year, for helping the Bethel Chamber of Commerce launch a young professionals group and establish a presence in Northern Fairfield County. Clay enjoys helping clients navigate different types of Medicare plans every year, in alignment with their health needs and cost concerns. He thrives in challenging situations that can be difficult for consumers to manage on their own. Clay also specializes in marketplace and individual/family health insurance plans for people under age 65.

William H. Caron, CLTC

Bill Caron began his career in the insurance industry in 1989, specializing in Medicare Supplements and other life and health products related to the senior market. He received the prestigious LUTCF designation from the National Association of Life Underwriters in 1991, and the CLTC designation from the Corporation for Long Term Care Certificaton in 2002. He is also certified by the Connecticut Partnership for Long Term Care, and served on the United Agent Advisory Council from 2008 - 2011. As an independent broker, Bill has qualified among the national sales leaders for various companies in ten different years. Prior to his insurance career, Bill spent 13 years in the banking industry where he attained the level of Vice President in charge of lending and marketing. He is a 1974 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University and a 1981 graduate of the Southeastern Area Commerce and Industry Association.

Frank D. Rizzardi, Jr., RPh

Frank Rizzardi, Jr. is a licensed Life/Health insurance agent, as well as a licensed Pharmacist in the State of Connecticut. He has over 45 years of experience in Healthcare Administration and Long-Term Care consulting. Frank has been a Retail Pharmacy manager for the past 20 years and prior to this, was the Director of Pharmacy Services at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. He received his B.S. degree in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut and his M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Sacred Heart University's Jack Welch College of Business. From all his time spent in the pharmaceutical industry, Frank brings a unique skillset as a Medicare broker, being able to provide his clients with invaluable insight into their medications, as well a being able to evaluate their Medicare Part D needs from many different perspectives.

Laura was born and raised in New York and has lived in Connecticut for almost 30 years. She has two children, both boys, one of which is married and has provided her and her husband Paul with the greatest gift imaginable - their first grandchild!  Laura previously worked at IBM for 40 years, in various marketing and sales enablement positions. Most of her responsibilities consisted of managing the creation of success stories focused on their use of IBM solutions and planning/executing events. She has since pivoted from telling IBM successes to managing her own client successes, specifically by providing a better understanding of their Medicare options and helping  choose the plan that best suits their needs.
